Launch of new ROX boutique in Liverpool

UK jewellery brand ROX has officially launched its latest boutique in Liverpool’s city centre. The luxury jewellery makers unveiled the 1,600sq ft boutique at Liverpool One, a shopping and leisure complex in the heart of the city, after investing £1m into the Grosvenor Europe-developed site. Founded in 2002 by Grant Mitchell and Kyron Keogh, the jewellery retailers currently operate stores in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Leeds and Newcastle, with the Liverpool site marking the sixth boutique opening for the brand. ROX Liverpool will feature a range of diamond jewellery, silver and luxury goods from the retailer, as well as showcase luxury Swiss watchmakers, Hublot. It will be the first time Hublot timepieces are displayed in the city. In addition to this, the new store will feature a private shopping lounge, the “Thrill Room”, which contains a Moët and Chandon bar as well as a shopping salon. ROX say that this concept, pioneered in their stores over 10 years ago, will “deliver a memorable and personalised experience for all of its customers”. Kyron Keogh, managing director of ROX - Diamonds and Thrills, said: “We are proud to present this new ROX boutique in one of the UK’s most vibrant luxury retail destinations. “The store brings the ROX brand to life in an exciting way and demonstrates our commitment to investing the luxury jewellery sector. “Delivering an extraordinary customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do along and we look forward to showcasing our ROX approach to shoppers in Liverpool.” Alison Clegg, director, asset management at Grosvenor Europe, added: “The launch of ROX at Liverpool One is a prime example of the cutting edge retailers we are focused on securing to maintain our position as one of the leading retail and leisure destinations in the UK. “The brand is perfect for Peter’s Lane and we are confident their new boutique will excite visitors to Liverpool One.”
